From the first volunteer meeting I could tell Jubilee Jobs had a strong philosophy of empowerment rooted in proven methods of training clients to be job ready. My role helping clients fill out job applications and create their resumes was always extremely fulfilling and inspirational for me, and helpful and worthwhile for the client. Jubilee Jobs has created great partnerships with area employers to help line up their clients with positions. I found the staff available and informative and am impressed with their respectful and supportive relationships with the clients.
