I was introduced to this prestigious organization while looking for some information on comparative religion and African civilizations. At the time, they were on Cesery Blvd in Jacksonville, Florida. The Chieftain as he is referred to was very professional, courteous and his demeanor was very peaceful as well as being full of knowledge and wisdom. After discussing several topics, I inquired as to their community service. They presented information to me showing there support to The Florida A&M University Construction Engineering Program assisting with scholarships. Support to Edward Waters College in Jacksonville for student scholarships. Food for local families, funeral services including last rites and proclamations, marriages, etc. Their current agenda is to start a school and teach basic classes on proper health & nutrition; spirituality; financial responsibility and creating an organized community.
At end, I was impressed and did not know anything about this group of people and how far back the legacy of Black people went back in such a positive direction. I have donated to their interests and will make annual contributions to keep up the good work.
