Mission: Journey home is a nonprofit agency working to end chronic homelessness. Journey home leads the implementation of opening doors: greater hartford, the strategic plan to end homelessness in the region. Journey home is a catalyst for positive systemic change.
Programs: Partnering with the social service agencies in the region, journey home works to end chronic homelessness, rather than manage the problem with emergency shelter and services. Journey home works for collective impact by improving access to housing, employment, healthcare, and services.
