Mission: Josh’s Hope was established in memory of Joshua McCabe Bailey and incorporated in early 2011 as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. Based in Hillsborough, North Carolina, we strive to help young people with serious mental-health issues and their caregivers identify available resources and develop a plan to successfully transition to adulthood. Our focus is on youth ages 18-26 – a population often neglected when it comes to mental-health services and community supports. At Josh’s Hope, we believe that it’s critical that young people with mental-health conditions get comprehensive support in their communities. That’s why we partner with community and government mental-health agencies to close the gaps in the mental-health systems, and link clients and their caregivers to available resources.
