This is an amazing non-profit with an international vision. As a person who has served in Africa for 12 years and who oversees a non-profit school in South Africa, I have been so blessed and touched by all that the John 9 3 Foundation is doing. This is a remarkable foundation and I will be doing what I can to help support it fonancially!

One day a brave little boy was asked why he thought God allowed him to have Autism, Tourette’s, and other challenges. He promptly replied, “so I can help other people like me”. Just as this little boy was fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of His creator, John 9:3 was knitted together as a small way to share the blessings that God has bestowed on our family through the challenges we have faced. As that brave little boy has grown into a wise young man, our little foundation has grown into a physical representation of our family and the platforms that we have been given. We have been blessed with an insider’s perspective into the challenges faced by families affected by autism, families of veterans, and families touched by adoption. We believe that God can use our little, ordinary foundation to do extraordinary things in the lives of those he has placed before us. Our mission is to serve the community in whatever capacity we are able, whether it’s to help ease a financial burden, to help find the resources and tools already available, to help carry an emotional weight, or just to say, “you are seen, you are heard, you are loved, and you are valued”, We are so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to witness how God, in his faithfulness, uses each and every one of the generous donors, volunteers, and recipients to display His mighty power. We are nothing outside of God’s grace and we could do nothing outside of your selfless service. Thank you.

As a local Realtor in Daphne, I get to help lots of families relocating to the Eastern Shore & share our area's many highlights:) Daphne is special b/c of Mobile Bay access, charm, ample parks/nature, but also its philanthropic community. I am grateful to have a number of valuable, non-profit organizations available to our residents.

Thank you, John 9:3 Foundation, for your service! -Coco

I haven’t had a chance yet to go to Camp Grace-thanks COVID! But I have had many other people from Healing4Heroes that have gone and raved about it. It gives the veterans a chance to get closer to Earth and God, to try and find peace after going thru so much. To have a place to go to that allows the soul to heal is just as important as having a place to heal the body. Thank you so much for this!

I can't put into words the heart and soul JD & his wife Jenn put into this organization. I wish I had the verbiage to write how valued they are. They go above and beyond for their community, their clients, and even their friends. If they say they are going to do something, they will die trying if it's hard. They have cared for the sick. They have cared for the starving. They have cared for those without both in the United States and abroad. No matter what is going on with them personally, JD & Jenn's faith keep them going. They walk with The Lord and sing God's praises. When you are near them, you feel the goodness of The Lord radiating through them as they praise His name. I wish I could write how brave, strong, and courageous they are daily. I just can't covey the positive these people and the organization they founded is bringing to the hopeless, the homeless, and the down trodden. A veteran family, and after serving for our country JD is still serving for The Lord. Many blessings to you, as your mission continues. It is my honor to call you friend, as it would've been my honor to serve with such a good man in the army.

The John 9:3 Foundation is a gift to our community. They meet so many needs of others, especially in the areas where people are often missed. No problem is too big or too small for them to offer help.

All of my experiences with this foundation have been 100 % positive! It is run by a wonderful family. They are enthusiastic, kind, and determined to help as many people as possible.

Some people are "power-hungry". Other people are "impact hungry". This foundation is "impact hungry", and does so much for our heroes, those with autism, and many who are struggling. I am grateful to have them in our community.

My wife and I started this nonprofit in an attempt to help other families like ours. Through it, we have seen our family grow. Wether you are a donor, volunteer or client please know that you are always family to us.

Gulf Coast Food for Thought is an Amazing branch of John 9 3 Foundation that helps those in need with food, clothing, appliances, school supplies, a once week lunch of peanut butter and jelly and a ramen noodle cup for later whatever the need is. Most items are donated or come from funds that are donated to help these people, they go to help where folks usually fall through the cracks. They have helped me in the past where I didn’t have much money and needed a stove, one had just been donated, they cleaned it up and made sure it worked and delivered it to me. They gave me some groceries until I could get my SS check, I am a widow with a teenage son, all my funds were tied up in renovations and moving expenses so I could be closer to my daughter and my son could attend school in a better school system. They are an Amazing group of people that truly have kind hearts and want to make a difference!
