Causes: Job Training
Mission: Our mission is to provide job training and practical experience for adults currently experiencing barriers to employment that prepare them to be a more valuable employee with an expanding future.

Geographic areas served: Job Creation in St Paul MN
Programs: Reuse program: Our reuse department employed 26 of our training program participants providing workforce development in needed technical skills. There were 291 tons of computers and other electronics sanitized, refurbished and reused in 2017.
recycling program: our recycling program provided jobs for the employment training program by recycling 1,712 tons of computers and other electronics keeping e-waste out of landfills. The program also provided jobs by dismantling 519 tons of electronics reclaiming reusable commodities. Our training program participants also participated in city and corporate events collecting electronics no longer being used.
Training program: our 'on the job employment training program' hired 54 new training program participants in 2017, providing full time employment for a total of 89 program participants for the year. We celebrated 7 graduations with trainees transitioning to stable higher paying employment outside of jobs foundation and 2 graduates transitioning to higher paying long term positions within our organization.
Our training program provides jobs for workforce development through recycling and reuse of old electronics.
