Mission: To increase the high school graduation rate of west virginia's at-risk youth to enhance the employment prospects of west virginia's at-risk youth through employability skills training.
Programs: Identify high school students who face barriers to graduation and need help in the transition from school to career. Students develop increased self- worth and acquire life-survival and career preparation skills. The goals are to: o make sure students graduate. O assist the students in positive placement upon graduation, including jobs, military service, or post secondary education leading to a career goal. O provide twelve months of follow-up after graduation to insure job retention and successful transition to the community.
