Causes: Human Services, Young Mens or Womens Associations
Mission: To provide educational, recreational, social and special needs programs and services which are intended to enhance the identity, educational, and social aspects of life of the Jewish community.
Programs: The JCC offers child care and preschool, summer camps, after-school programs, senior programs, fitness and wellness programs, sports and athletic facilities, arts and cultural programming, programs for young people and adults with special needs, and classes and many other programs for all ages and interests. Major operating programs include: Membership, Camps, Early Childhood, Sports and Recreation, and Senior programming. This past year, over 330 children from 21 nationalities participated in early childhood programs; over 3,000 youth participated in JCC sports in classes, leagues, private lessons and specialty programs; approximately 2,500 children and youth were served in JCC day and overnight camps; and 1,135 new participants enrolled in the JCC?s AgeWell?s Independent Adult Services programs.
