Having a close relationship with this organization and having Prostate Cancer myself motivated me to help. Jazz4PCA is doing wonderful things to inform the community about this deadly disease. Please help! Jazz4PCA.org Thanks! Kal-El Billy Holiday
Jazz, music, culture, community, awareness, and life-saving are the ingredients of the organization. A family-oriented and 100-percent volunteer organization, Jazz4PCA reflects the best of what is possible, when people care and want to give. "The numbers" make the music of our lives better.
Such an amazing cause. Ralph Stowe has gone above and beyond for Jazz For Prostate Cancer Awareness and has changed so many lives thanks to his passion for the community, education and spreading awareness.

The information has help me understand the need to spread the word to as many people as I can. After losing my mom to Breast Cancer I wanted to support Platforms that were educating the minority communities of the importance of screening for cancer. Not just Breast cancer. Jazz4PC as made such an impact in so many lives. Using music to encourage, inspire, inform and promote awareness is an awsome accomplishment.
Jazz 4PCA is a non-profit organization founded by Ralph Stowe in honor of his brother James Stowe a seasoned jazz musician who lost his battle with prostate cancer. Ralph Stowe recognized the need to educate the community to the importance of getting screened thereby saving lives. For just over 10 years Jazz4 PCA has been sincerely committed and has worked tenaciously to fulfill it's mission. I have known the Stowe family for over 50 years and I know that passion, honesty and integrity are a few of the core values of this organization. It is a privilege to be a Board Member and I look forward to witnessing the success of it's mission.
The goal of Jazz4PCA, is to increase awareness of this very treatable disease and stress the importance of early screening. I have been a member of the Jazz4PCA Board for four years. In that time we have achieved that goal and also presented outstanding jazz performances by top musicians We have provided this relevant information to men of different generations and races. Personally, this is issue is important to me because a close family member was diagnosed and successfully treated. Today, he is alive, healthy and cancer free due to early diagnosis. We have also empowered men to take control of their health before and after screening through regular checkups. It is important not to ignore this issue since the consequences can be too serious.
