Mission: The trust shall use its principal to generate income and distribute the same to the women's shelter of east texas, inc. ("wset") for the maintenance of the janelle grum family crisis center. The trust shall assist wset with the maintenance of other women's shelters operated by it.
Programs: Provides for the maintenance of women's shelters including but not limited to, the janelle grum family crisis center ("crisis center"). The crisis center provided services and care for 1,146 individuals. Such property is owned and/or operated by the women's shelter of east texas, inc. , a 501(c)3 organization.
