Target demographics: We work to connect research with civic voice to bring about unified action in support of universally high-quality public schools for all children in Duval County. We believe that an informed and active citizenry, together with attentive and aligned community leadership, will move our schools forward to prepare students with the skills they need for future success.

Programs: JPEF provides several programs in order to reach a variety of community members throughout Duval County. We provide on our website a learning center, which is a one-stop source for information about public schools in Duval County. We also have a ONE by ONE movement that aims to rally the citizens of Duval County to speak out about what our schools need and take action to ensure that those aspirations become reality. In addition, we also hold Teacher Roundtable events that elevate the voices of Duval County’s best public school teachers while empowering them to help each other and educate the community about the importance of high-quality instruction in public education. Other programs include a teacher award ceremony, a Quality Education for All initiative, and a grant program to fund innovate projects that raise student achievement.
