The property manager is a bully who uses her status to intimidate tenants. She has evicted people illegally for personal reasons. She brags about using drugs such as Molly, Cocaine, and has been seen on the property visibly under the influence of these drugs and alcohol. She has also gone to several tenants apartments late night intoxicated and under the influence of drugs and been removed and Baker Acted which she prides herself on. She promotes violence in the neighborhood and has even had the police called to her apartment on numerous occasions for domestic disturbances. There has been several unsolved murders committed out here and she has refused to even speak with law officials because she is almost always under the influence of something. Most of the guys out here that participate in illegal activity are her friends and she is an active gang member. As long as they do what she asks of them she allows them to do as they please. However the minute they don't she reports them to law enforcement herself. She has also been accused recently of giving her current boyfriend keys to tenants' apartments so that he can steal property for her to keep or sell to support their habits. One tenant's checkbook went missing while he was out of town with no sign of forced entry. How is it that she gets away with these things because she told me out of her own mouth that she has too much dirt on a part owner and is having an affair with a very married said owner and has been doing so for awhile now. The condition of these apartments are already poor (lizards, roaches and rats live alongside many tenants including myself, mold outside and inside, cracked and leaking windows, poor piping and electricity) we at least deserve to feel safe.
