Mission: New Path has a mission to serve as a bridge to work organization by providing a variety of employment, training programs and services designed for economically disadvantaged adults and youth. New Path's services will emphasize positive physical, mental and spiritual development. New Path will achieve it's objective by providing reliable equipment; a committed and caring staff; and adequate facilities. Our goal is to equip a minimum of 25 adults and youth to gain fulltime employment. We will also create an alliance between clients, employers and New Path. Our programs are developed for individuals and families. Our programs encompass everything that New Path stands for: social service, education, community and economic development and employment training. Our programs are not a quick fix but to develop skills. Our support and training programs are designed to help clients become emotionally stable and economically independent.
