Mission: To advocate and provide services that open opportunities for people with variety of disabilities to enable them live a fulfilled and independent life.
Programs: Day habilitation - focuses on the participant's choice and preferences and provides an opportunity for persons with developmental disabilities to develop prevocational and social skill training.
community habilitation services - to provide individuals who live in their own home or family home with services, including assistance with acquisition, retention or improvement of self-help skills related to activities of daily living and social and adaptive skills necessary to enable the individuals to reside in a non-institutional setting.
medicaid service coordination - a service which assists persons with developmental disabilities and mental retardation in gaining access to necessary services and supports appropriate to the needs of the individual.
