Nonprofit Overview
Causes: International, International Development
Mission: The foundation provides scholarships; fellowships; funding for studying abroad and international exchange; technology enhanced learning supplies; and grants and stipends to students, faculty and staff from Africa, the United States and elsewhere.
Results: During 2018 IUGB Foundation performed the following on behalf of our University: raised money for need-based scholarships; developed career, study-abroad and internship programs; procured technology for faculty, administration and students; developed strategic partnerships with corporations and universities; procured research opportunities for faculty; developed IUGB/IUGBF thought leadership; served as the chief ambassador of IUGB in the U.S.; assisted IUGB with the goal of U.S. accreditation and assisted IUGB with the new campus construction.
