Mission: Iaae is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote study in israel by college and university professors by providing grants for educational exchanges and to carry out charitable, education and other activities associated with this goal as allowed by law.
Programs: Iaae's goal is to bring deepened understanding to the discussion of israel on campus and in the halls of policy formation, both in the united states and abroad. Consistent with that goal, iaae this year mounted 6 academic missions to israel for professors of international and national security law, international relations and political science.
iaae also provided extensive adjunct programming for mission alumni including a conference for chinese alumni in partnership with the harvard china fund, an alumni retreat attended by 120 former mission participants, a partnership with the web publication lawfare, drawing 8 million page views/year, to provide ongoing news and analysis to our former participants, and the provision of curricula to facilitate robust discussion of israel in the classroom.
