As an individual suffering from multiple mental illness stopping stigma, providing support, help and resources is crucial. Even with treatment for Bipolar Disorder the suicide rate is 15% I give to support and help others get help, support and treatment. I am also very active with our local chapter N.A.M.I. Ventura county It is a long hard road I have been on. I am happy and very very blessed and desire to help others as my foundation provides free Behavioral Health services to veterans The Invictus Foundation http://www.invictusfoundation.org Giving to others and helping others are part of my core values that I was raised with. We had to do community service hours in high school and I have continued in that way by volunteering for N.A.M.I and many other volunteer jobs. I am The Social Media Marketing Manger and CMO for The Invictus Foundation providing free Behavioral health services to veterans in the pacific northwest
