Mission: The International Youth Leadership Institute, a nonprofit organization founded in 1989 helps African American and Latino secondary school students to assume active leadership roles in their community and global society.

Community Service & Development Program through which students develop public service projects in NYC organizations and agencies. Winter Institute, a study program in the Caribbean and Latin America. Summer Fellowship Program, a month long study program in Africa and Latin America. School Partnership Program, a school-based leadership program for middle school students.
