Mission: Provide support for the care and education of orphaned and destitute children. Although the mission's primary focus is in kenya, it also contributes to charitable work in romania and ethiopia.
Programs: Spring valley academy - kenya, africa: this year the organization continued to provide support for the spring valley academy located in kenya, africa. This organization provides meals and education for 375 students on a daily basis. In addition to the regular support, the organization provided funds to help expand the spring valley facilities to include building and funding for a rescue center for high risk teenage girls. This expansion has allowed the school to take in 90 high risk girls on a full time basis. The rescue center also includes a medical clinic for the community. Funds were also provided for supplies for visiting work teams as they completed various on-site projects at spring valley academy.
student education: the organization believes that education is the key to making meaningful changes in the life of africa's most impoverished children. In addition to funding the school the organization also provided funds for tuition and living expenses for twelve orphaned or destitute girls in kenya.
donations were made to other charitable organizations in support of their work to help children in the same circumstances in africa, romania, and ethiopia. These organizations include: innovative mission opportunities, global hope, united methodist church, rock of hope ministries and association of mana romania.
