Nonprofit Overview
Mission: The primary purpose is to bring together through an educational nonprofit society, rheumatologists, radiologists and other specialists dedicated to the furtherance of the art and science of imaging as applied to musculoskeletal diseases.
Programs: The organizations supports two meetings per year. These meetings consist of a scientific meeting devoted to presentation of data addressing mri in rheumatological practice and an educational meeting to inform health care professionals on the proper use of extremity mri based on sound scientific principals. The research committee will also act as a forum throughout the year to encourage and support research into the role of mri in improving arthritis care.
