From day one, the individual by the name of Yulia who is the CEO of this foundation, has pulled scam after scam on numerous clients that have invested money, time and patience into these organizations, and still dares to call herself a professional business women. She is a SCAM, a FAKE, a LIAR and a THIEF! She's a crook with no compassion for those truly looking to help those in need.
