Nigeria is bedeviled with different social economic problems that must be addressed before the nation can assume her position in the world. The human and material resources are enormous but we need enlightened citizens to overcome the limitations. This organization has been providing the informal education to the youths on how they can acquire empowering habits that are essential for self development. Different programs are being designed and implemented to transform minds of young Nigerians so as to make meaningful contributions to their environment.

I am proud to be a volunteer for this great organization, they have impacted the lives of over 5000 youths across Nigeria.

The ICLDNG team is made up of professionals who are doers and problem solvers. They are reliable, stable and are always working towards gathering proper information related to leadership thus managing to stay attuned to the needs of their beneficiaries.
The team leader Felix Iziomoh, is a trustworthy person, extremely well mannered often treating people with dignity and respect. Felix is constantly searching for ideas and ways to improve his efficiency as a team leader. His skill of communicating difficult concepts in an easy to understand language is a valuable asset to ICLDNG. He is focused on results and achieves optimal outcomes exceeding the norms. Felix has established a very effective system for record retention and he controls expenses without lowering accomplishments thus generating great success in highly complex situations.
When it comes to organizing leadership events, the ICLDNG team delivers presentations with enthusiasm and energy creating a strong rapport with the participants.

I am glad to recommend International Centre for Leadership Development Nigeria. This is a world to discover- where young people are mentored to be self-reliant, develop leadership capacity and business growth mindset.

I have benefitted immensely from their leadership workshop, especially their cyber security awareness, which mainly aims at inspiring people to stay off internet crime. I have attended 2 of their trainings; first in October 2015 and the just concluded conference in May 2017. And truly they were amazing. Thumbs up to their active team!

Volunteering with the International Centre fr Leadership Development Nig. has helped ne find a path to serve and a purpose to nurture next generation leaders. The goal is to be a change with the hope that my quota is divinely giving forward and the world becoming a better place.

International Center for Leadership Development is a blessing to me. As a volunteer and student, the books am given are life changing and they are free, these are books that cost fortune in the book stores.

I have watched the development of the ICLD since it's inception and it's continued growth. It is initiatives like this with young leaders like Felix that are bringing about a great renaissance in Africa and especially in Nigeria.

My name is Nicolas and I live in Sweden. I got in touch with Felix a couple of months ago and have been following the progress of International Centre for Leadership Nigeria with great interest. They ar3 transforming the life of people in Nigeria and inspiring coming generations to work hard and also to give something back to their community. I have known Mr. Iziomoh for 10+ years as a student, graduate and now president of one of your top GreatNonProfits, the International Institute for Global Leadership, of which I am an officer and Board member. Mr Iziomoh, following training with IIGL and, later, with Kanthari Social Entrepreneurship in India, has prompted my funding of his work in training Nigerian high school students in the benefits of leadership, leading to their reorientation from drugs and cybercrime, to projects in developing their leadership potential. I cannot recommend highly enough the value of his organization in developing the potential of today's youth -- particularly in Africa, whose development has long been stymied by both local and external influences.

I have known this noble organisation for years through the amiable founder in the person of mr. Felix Iziomoh. The youths and the school children have benefited immensly from this noble organisation. Kudos!

I have known the international centre for leadership development Nigeria through Mr. Felix who has vigorously pursue leadership development training for secondary school students and the their program on cyber crime in Nigeria has being helpful in sensitizing our young people on the danger of cyber crime which in most cases can lead to imprisonment.
