Programs: Faith in Action - work through religious congregations to recruit and train volunteers who provide escorting/transportation, shopping, friendly visiting, bill paying/assistance with correspondence. Safety for Seniors - through trained volunteers provide fall and fire prevention safety checks. Install smoke detectors, grab bars, hand rails. Information & Referral- system for Allegheny County aging services, both formal and infomral. All services are provided at no charge to the senior recipient
