Mission: The Interfaith Housing Coalition is responding to the very real crisis in the availability of affordable housing in Escambia County, FL, which was exacerbated by Hurricanes Ivan and Dennis which hit the Gulf Coast in 2004, damaging or destroying 53,000 housing units including 2,000 rental units that were lost and are not being rebuilt to serve the same housseholds.
