Programs: The online publication, imrussia. Org, continues to produce quality analytical content in both russian and english, with highlights of the last year being the interviews with demograph anatoly vishnevsky, political scientist vladimir pastukhov, and lawyer for the nemtsov family vadim prokhorov. We also continue publishing and circulating russian media roundups (in english) and western media roundups (in russian). Imr has introduced an online donation system in june 2017. As a part of our core project, post-putin russia: plan of reforms we have published the report summarizing studies on reforming the russian economy "demonopolization of the economy as an axis of russia's future reforms". Two more open university lecture courses were successfully launched on-line. The institute continued participating in expert panels and discussions at the american enterprise institute and the u. S. Capitol hill visiting center, collaborated with national endowment for democracy and free russia foundation. It has also continued working on the nemtsov project, organizing the event at the atlantic council where experts discussed issues of russia's justice system in the light of the recent verdict in the nemtsov case. From spring 2017 and throughout the year, imr's vladimir kara-murza held dozens of screenings of his new documentary, nemtsov, in numerous locations across the u. S. , europe and russia.
