I have known about IRL since the late 70's and I can tell you that as a teacher, I have been deeply moved by the difference I have been able to make with kids utilizing the Taking Charge (TM) materials. I have gotten extreme satisfaction professionally and personally in not only teaching academic skills such as reading and math, but also life skills such as being considerate and expressing oneself appropriately. It is an honor to support and work for this agency. I encourage teachers to explore the possibilities of taking your practice to the next level. Jump in, the water's fine!
