Mission: At the Institute for Spiritual Leadership, we believe that it is in and through the interior journey that individuals prepare for and come to know their unique path of service to the world. ISL was founded in 1974 by Paul Robb,SJ, a theologian and psychologist, who recognized that forming competent, authentic and compassionate leaders involves both personal transformation and professional development. ISL's programs help individuals enter more deeply into their own spiritual process and enhance professional skills for companioning and leading others.
