Mission: The center's philosophy is that people with disabilties should play a major role in deciding their future. The center provides advocacy, independent living skills, information and referral, independent living counseling, and house counseling and placement fro people with disabilities.
Programs: To provides services to individuals with disabilties to enable full intergration into society and acheive personal independence. Services icluding housing, advocacy, independent living counseling, independent living skills training, and information and referral. The center served over one thousand people in 2011.
