Mission: Inhealth wisconsin designs innovative and inspiring health education experiences that harness the power of story and collaboration to improve community health and eliminate disparities.
Programs: Inhealth wisconsin continues to create, evolve, and expand partnerships with community organizations to develop and deliver health education programs and training to their communities. In 2011 these activities included delivery of the teen peer mental health program; delivery of and training for a "transitions" program for middle school students including training materials and companion presentations to parents and teachers; work with schools to train teen peer educators; delivery of and train the trainers for an in-service on trauma and mental health in early childhood and early elementary students for teachers, parents, and other caregivers of young children; filming in school classrooms to expand the strategies, case studies, and video to support parents and teachers around socio-emotional (www. Teachingminute. Com); and work to develop a strategic planning process for a new partnership.
