Mission: Inca helps numerous u. S. Tribes, individuals, and groups learn the value of tribal conservation districts. It also assists with capacity building and teaches its clients how to access usda programs to enhance tribal conservation efforts.

Belknap, crow and blackfeet reservations, inca worked with the partners to identify the areas where noxious weeds exist and which bio-control insects can be used to reduce noxious weeds. Also on these reservations, inca held three regional conferences so aphis could discuss their programs through outreach and education. Information regarding how they can help tribes and native american farmers and ranchers was also provided.
