I am sharing an experience that I had with this nonprofit. I was told that I would be given a $10 gift card if I spoke to one of their benefits counselors. After I spoke to their counselor and even showed them a screen shot of my phone bill to prove it, they refused to give me the $10 gift card. I received the phone call from 321-296-8060
