Independence Inc is a gem! The staff does such a great job advocating for disabled people locally, as well as at the state level. You won't find a more dedicated team. Scott, the director, worked tirelessly making many calls, emails, and personal appearances to ensure that funding was not lost for this population.
I donate, with confidence, knowing that my money is used exactly for what I requested. They can do so much more good with more private funding.
