Mission: To use the athletic experience to encourage, enrich, and empower the lives of people and to spread the gospel of jesus christ.
Programs: Ignite staff took two volleyball groups, consisting of more than 30 athletes and 2 coaches, to israel and palestine. The volleyball groups trained athletes in bethlehem, planned development of female volleyball athletes at diyar academy, met with leadership of israel's volleyball association, hosted the first coach in her visit to the united states, and provided training and instruction to additional coaches.
ignite staff took a volleyball group, consisting of 12 athletes and 2 coaches, to nicaragua. The team trained various females volleyball teams, trained and competed with nicaragua's junior national volleyball team, planned for future missionary trips, conducted volleyball clinics in diriamba, el rosario, and jinotepe, assisted with ministry partners and feeding programs in diriamba and managua, and spoke in schools to spread the message of jesus christ.
