I met Igor about a year ago and he has really shown me the importance of getting out and bringing people into the Kingdom of God. As a person who serves Jesus Christ, The Great Commission is a huge part of our walk. I am now doing what Jesus tells us to do and helping to grow the Kingdom now. Thank you iCare Ministries for teaching me there is more to being a follower of Jesus Christ than reading the Bible and going to church. Get out there and share gospel with others.

The heart Igor and Cameron have for God's people is incredible. They spoke directly to the problem American Christians (And maybe other countries as well, I do not know, but God knows) are facing today, and that is in regards to God's calling us to go out and make disciples.

Going out and making disciples isn't just for missionaries and pastors, all who are followers of Jesus are called to make followers. Christians have become so comfortable in making God a weekly program where we come to church, check a box, then go back home to our comfy sinful lifestyles. We take the message we just heard the pastor speak and give it no thought, no interpretation or application to our lives. We hear a good message then forget it the moment we walk out the door. "The greatest cause of atheism in the world today are Christians, who acknowledge Christ with their lips, then walk out the door, and deny Him by their lifestyle. And that is what an unbelieving world simply finds unbelievable."

Igor and Cameron, God used you guys to rock my world! I love you guys, be safe on your journey that God is guiding you on. You touched my heart, I received instruction and correction that I desperately needed. I'm so happy God brought you to Boise and spoke through you to reach me and the men at Iron Sharpens Iron.

Igor has been coming to our church and teaching the inductive Bible study method. I like the approach Igor takes in this form of study. It has really helped me in my Bible studies. I love his enthusiasm and how he engages the class. Thank you Igor.

Praise the Lord! It is a tremendous blessing to see how the Lord is using iCare ministries. Not only are they sacrificially going out to reach the lost, but they are also pouring themselves out to equip the saints to be learners of God's word. iCare ministries came down to our church and taught two sessions of Inductive Bible Study. The teachings were well presented and taught by Pastor Igor, with help from Terry. Pastor Igor clearly explained each lesson in great detail. He patiently walked us through each lesson, using fun but effective and memorable illustrations. He interacted with all the students and gracefully answered all of our questions. It was such a blessing to be apart of the class. Also, fellowship and worship was amazing! We are so grateful for how the Lord is using iCare ministries. My name is Cameron Fisk. I am 29 years old and I was saved on December of 2020. Here is the short version of my testimony and how I was led to iCARE Ministries.
After I was saved it took me a year before the fire for the Lord began. Once it did, I couldn't get enough of God's word. In 2021 I began to attend church. This was a huge step and really changed my life. Then I began to attend bible studies because I wanted more. I was hungry for the Lords direction. I didn't just want to hear what was easy. I wanted to hear what was difficult; I wanted the truth. I was tired of my old ways and really wanted to change. I prayed day and night for the Lords deliverance. Then in July of 2021 I met Igor because he came to teach at our church one Sunday. He delivered a good teaching and I could see the fire for the Lord in him clearly. Then I happened to run into Igor when service ended and he asked if I would like to attend his bible study. This happened right at the same time I had just started attending other bible studies. So I said, "yes, I will be there" because I was willing to try every path the Lord set me on. I found Igor teaches out of the bible, verse by verse. He teaches the joyful and easy things the Lord speaks about. And he teaches the things that are hard to hear. This was exactly what I was looking for. I prayed for change and chastisement so that I wouldn't be a slave to my flesh anymore and I could know God more closely. It was no coincidence that I met Igor after I prayed to know the Lord more closely. It has now been 8 months and I believe Igor speaks what the Lord guides him to speak about. I know now that the Lord has put Igor through many trials and tribulations to bring wisdom to him. I can see this wisdom. For the Lord says, " Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it." So I say to you, come see for yourself. Don't take it for my word. This is just my experience and my opinion. Test iCARE Ministries and Igor with the Word. I am confident you will find the truth.

Our family has known and worked with Igor and Olga of iCare ministries for more than 29 years. We have labored together in Russia, Ukraine, and in the USA. Full of compassion and the desire to see that the word of God is implanted, as well as watered, in a down to earth and practical way. This includes helping and sustaining the lives of those in need. This is a ministry that is faithful to its mission as well as to its donors.

I have known and worked with Igor and iCare for over 15 years. iCare Ministries reaches people and cultures I could never reach. Partnering with them financially and in prayer has been so rewarding. The work they do is such an example of followers doing the work of Christ here on earth. I give Igor and iCare the highest recommenation.

I have attended Igor’s bible studies and have been very blessed by his thorough understanding of the scripture and the practical applications to our lives in honor of Christ. Igor and his wife Olga, consistently demonstrate their love and care as we rejoice in the word and walk in the light in fellowship with others. Igor has a heart for the underserved and iCare is involved in various ministries to include supporting and teaching English to refugees.

This is a wonderful ministry that serves to further the gospel. Igor is currently reaching out to Russian and Ukrainian refugees in Sacramento and El Dorado County by teaching them English, how to integrate into our communities. He teaches 2 classes every Saturday. My husband and I have attended these classes and helped him teach. It has been a great blessing to us! Igor is also enthusiastically dedicated to discipling others and teaching the intensive Bible study method. He and Olga are a blessing to many people. We have supported this ministry for many years and will continue to do so.

I have known Igor and Olga for many years. I witnessed their ministry personally in Russia as well as here in California. They are very dedicated to serving people and doing God’s work. I am thankful that I can be a part of their ministry and support them as they further the gospel of Jesus Christ. Igor is a trusted friend that I can count on for wise counsel. My name is Ulla and I have known Igor for many years. I have followed him through his journeys domestically and internationally and am in awe how God is using him. He shows such compassion and sincere love for even the least and always ready with exuberant joy to give of himself to the point of exhaustion.

Our family met the Prokopyev family about 2 years ago. Although we had no idea they were pastors and had their own ministry for some time, they demonstrated Gods love and truth how it is so real to not just us but everyone they were surrounded with. Their ministry welcomes all those who walk in every direction in life (broken, lost, shy, or even who do share an interest with the lord) with wide open arms and words from God just for you. Returning to Russia year after year to engage and serve with this ministry has been a privilege. I personally have observed commitment and dedication from all involved. The heart of this organisation is shown through the practical provision of the fundamental essentials to the children. In the orphanages and working with the street children I have seen first-hand the effect financial, spiritual and emotional support can have in young lives broken by circumstances beyond their control. I have also had the privilege of teaching, alongside others who have the same passion to empower and equip pastors, leaders, and prospective leaders for the work of service in their communities. Our aim is to revolutionize the study of and motivate the exposition of God’s word. Encouraging fellow believers in the advancement of ministries and expansion of the kingdom through the establishment of new churches. Some of the communities I have seen impacted by the Moscow Leaders’ Forum or the Bible Study Training Seminars are Cherepovets, Severodvinsk, Cherkessk, Russia and Kremenchug, Ukraine. This is made possible by the generosity of the donors and the faithful devotion of volunteers and staff honouring God in this ministry for His Glory.

I have known Igor and his wife Olga, for over two years. We had a privilege to minister together and provide Biblican courses to the pastoral team in the country of Myanmar. During the two weeks in Myanmar, I had discovered a very open hearted person, with strong Christian values and principles. He is a person who has dedicated his life to reaching the lost souls. He is also a very gifted person, that God uses to equip the church. After meeting Igor for the first time and ministering with him in Myanmar, our families became close friends. I love Igor and Olga, and I am honored to have people like them in my life.

My husband and I have known pastor Igor and his wife Olga since 1994. We met them when they came to minister in our church. We fell in love with them right away since we had not known anyone else like them. To this day they are truly sold out to serving Jesus. They truly have hearts of love and concern for the lost, lonely, and desperate. They always build bridges with such people and build them up in the Lord. Igor and Olga have raised up many pastors all over the world who to this day are faithfully serving Jesus and people in their own communities. iEQUIP program truly helps a person to become a disciple of the Word. The ministry team travels around and teaches how to study the Bible and be dependent on the Holy Spirit for interpretations and applications.

It was a marvelous sight and experience to see many sides of Jesus’s face impact His little lambs in Russia.

My Church has partnered with Igor in running after Jesus and learning to bring a lifestyle of Him to communities far and wide. I was honored to get the opportunity to help with the Light of Hope Emergency Shelter in the “Sharing is Caring” Program in Russia.

It was such a joy to watch as the children got to experience the Love of Jesus from the Pastors and Helpers at the Shelter. The faces of these individuals shined His light that drew not only my eyes, but the children and people from the outside. Thru my weeks there, light was introduced to an ever so dark place and it was so beautiful. The work there is not finished yet but I know the power that is at work in this Shelter and it will continue to bring the love of Jesus to His lost lambs who are in need of their loving Shepherd.

I am extremely impressed with the management of the ministry, the integrity and generosity! After so many years of involvement, I absolutely recommend this nonprofit in the highest level!

My wife and I have been supporting Pastor Igor and ICM for the last couple of years and have been continually impressed with the success of the organization. The mission of ICMinistries is to care and bring the lost to Jesus Christ, make disciples of the Word, equip disciple makers in many nations, such as Russia, Ukraine, India, Nepal, Burma, Israel and financially sponsor one of the emergency shelters for the street children in Russia.

As a director of Light of Hope Emergency Children’s Shelter, I see many organizations that say they serve underprivileged children; and yet they barely reach the kids that need help most. iCare Ministries really puts action behind all of its promises to bring aid into the lives of at-risk children!

We currently work in the extremely poor neighborhood in Cherepovets, Russia. Most of the families living there are immigrants from Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan trying to scrape together a better life for their children. The opportunities to have good quality music and arts education are very few for these kids. iCare Ministries made it possible for dozens of less fortunate and street children to receive music and art lessons in our shelter. On top, their “Sharing is Caring” program enabled us to buy good quality school supplies for the entire academic year and give the supplies to each and every child as a gift. iCare Ministries is the real deal, folks!

ICare is a perfect name for this Ministry! Our son Tyler was in trouble and headed down a dark road. Although we raised him to walk with Christ he was making other choices that terrified us. We were introduced to Igor by a mutual friend. From the moment we talked with him our hearts felt great relief because Igor had a huge caring heart! We knew our son needed to be reassured of Gods love and purpose for his life. Igor did not waste any time connecting with him.
