It is a pleasure to be able to be apart of an organization that is providing a different experience to Oak Cliff/ South Dallas youth. To be apart of a Foundation that encourages youth to explore something out of the norm and introduce them to the game of golf is an awesome to see. The foundation not only teaches the game of golf, but always provides jobs and supports education by providing internships and scholarships. Through the Foundation I have had the pleasure meeting such wonderful people.
I have personally seen I Am A Golfer Foundation do wonderful things for the kids in the community. From internships to scholarships, this is an organization that cares about the community.
Great nonprofit and great group of people. Ira and his team are filling an important void within the Cedar Crest community by introducing young people to the game of golf, promoting higher education, and creating job opportunities. Each of these aspects of the foundation makes a significantly positive impact on the lives of those involved and the community as a whole.
Great organization with caring leaders. They are truly committed to developing children and instilling a love a respect for the game of golf and life skills.
Getting my child to become a part of this organization was on of the best things I could have ever done for my son. The staff is great. My son has gained great leadership skills and confidence in himself. They have great instructors that are very encouraging. They are very attentive to each child golf skills and what they need to get them to the next level.

My junior golfer has been with the I Am A Golfer Foundation and we as a family have enjoyed the experience over the last few years. They are not only teaching him skill sets in his golfing techniques, but the core values taught to the players is essential to good sportsmanship an character. I encourage anyone who wants their junior golfer to be successful enroll their child in this great program. The professional staff and knowledge of the coaches and pros are exceptional!
