Results: In 2022....179 children and their foster parents were served by treatment foster care, parents of 112 young children who have risk factors for child abuse and neglect were served through an intensive home visiting program (100% of these families had no founded reports of child abuse or neglect while enrolled), 89 children ages 0-3 received free, full-time center-based child care, 71 individuals were approved for vehicle loans from our Ways to Work (fair-interest vehicle loans) program, and maintained a loan success rate of 96.3%, 70 adults with developmental disabilities received 24-hour supervision and support through our sponsored homes program, and 51 women received life skills classes in Blue Ridge Regional Jails.
