Mission: Our mission is to promote the humane treatment and responsible care of animals in west michigan through education, example, placement and protection.

Programs: Provided shelter and veterinary care for all animals entrusted to it to protect / rescue / heal them from cruelty. Brought awareness to the community through education programs and materials relative to animals lives. During the year a total of 4,324 animals were taken into the program, of which 4,050 were subsequently adopted.

We adopted (Romeo) now Oliver! This is an awesome place to adopt animals. We had all the help we needed and everyone was very kind! We love Oliver! He's so sweet and he's living his best life!! He loves to cuddle, play and purr but his favorite thing to do is eat! We adore him!

I have been volunteering with this organization and donating money since 2005. To see what they do to help animals on a daily basis is humbling. The money you donate goes directly to the care of the shelter animals and when you volunteer they make you feel as if you are part of a big family.
