The purpose of The Humane Society of Grove and Grand Lake, Inc. Doing Business As Second Chance Pet Rescue of Grand Lake is to provide safe refuge, nutrition and veterinary care for homeless, abused, and neglected animals, to promote and assist with population control of unwanted dogs and cats, and to educate the public about responsible pet ownership.
