Mission: We work to preserve the life and culture of indigenous societies in remote areas. Our projects increase access to basic human rights through investments in traditional cultural activities. Guided by local leaders in existing communities, we focus on improving sustainable access to safe water, food security, health services, education and economic freedom.
Absolute transparency, efficient action together with the locals and above all a serious interest in long-term projects that accompany the Maasai. This is what distinguishes the Maasai Water Project for me. The MWP is a leading example of how I nonprofit organization can/should be.
The Maasai water project delivers many goods to the Maasais, not just water. They help the young Maasai kids to have primary school tools and materials. Donating to this organization will make a difference in the quality of life these people currently have.
The genuine love and respect for every person in the community really shines though in the way projects are implemented and the way that african culture and people are celebrated and honored
