Mission: To develop, build and operate a building and facilities for the use of tax exempt not for profit corporations organized and operated primarily to meet the health and human services needs of residents in east central iowa.
Programs: Human services campus of east central iowa owns and operates a facility that is home to a number of local nonprofit agencies focused on providing health and human services. The nonprofit agencies housed in this 65,000 square foot building employ over 130 employees and serve over 10,000 clients. The facility's conference and training rooms are available for community use and the location is conveniently accessible by car, bicycle, on foot or via public transportation. The goal of this shared facility is to provide low cost leases to nonprofit agencies so that more resources can be spent on service delivery to clients.
