This is an incredible organization! It has a clear vision, motivated staff, sound financial stewardship, and most importantly: stories of transformation. I was privilaged enough to travel to Uganda and meet some of the staff and students. It was an emotional experience to see so many young minds enabled though their education. In my own experience, I took quality education for granted and, after talking to some of the students supported though EducateMe, I realized that all of them are thankful and hard-working. Plus, many of the staff are local, which is very important when investing in any region. Their knowledge, expertise, and professionalism is very impressive! Any donation to EducateMe will truly transform lives in unique and important ways!
Educate Me is an inspiring organization that is changing lives in Uganda and around the world. We are so thankful for the impact they are making for so many Ugandans. It is a great cause to support and we look forward to support them in the years to come. Thank you for what you do.
The children in Uganda are in great need of help and Educate Me is a wonderful organization which helps children attend school and gives them the opportunity to have food as well as an education. I am very impressed with the work they do
I've known the founder of educateme.org since we were both teenagers. I've followed this non-profit from the very beginning and believe that it is one of the best strategies that I have seen. I have a great respect for the work that this team is doing in the area of providing quality education to children in areas that will most benefit from it. Please consider educateme.org as a meaningful way to invest in the future by providing quality education to the children of Africa.
My name is Lydia Nalujja a project coordinator of HLD at Cornerstone Development Africa.
With a few meetings i have had with students being sponsored by EducateMe, i cant fail to acknowledge its great importance of providing quality education to the young generation of Uganda and beyond.
I usually visit Ekitangala Transformational High school for work purposes and i usually meet two great gentle men Shaka and Mawanda who i really look at as a testimony.I know that those students come from a humble background as most of Ugandan children do and them being able to get quality education. We've seen these guys improve in their performances at school and these two are usually amongst the best 5. This is due to payment of school fees on time and they concentrate at school. The quality of education is shaping their life. They're responsible, and good leaders.
I have no doubt that these two guys will be responsible citizens of Uganda because of the values they have been embodied with. They value diversity,Relationships and as young as they're they can articulate their vision and purpose. This is credited to the mentorship programs that have been facilitated by EducateMe.
Its therefore on this basis that i would credit EducateMe as one of the organizations that is influencing the children of Uganda and beyond in this generation and given more support i believe that they can do much more in the education sector.
i am impressed that the potential of people to do good in this world keeps getting better!
In 2017 as I walked to EducateMe offices, I was greeted to a sight of a boy unsure of future, war had erupted in his home and had come to Uganda as a refugee with no hope, a future in oblivion, no education.
However everyone who knows Educate me knows;- Binta, Doreen and Solomon for their foot soldiers that spend quality time with students teaching the bible; praying; counselling and nurturing various talents; this refugee boy Emmanuel has been given education at St.Kizito Secondary School, a shelter and hope for a new beginning.
Extra kuddos to the sponsors, special gratitude, Asante saana!! to Binta, Doreen and Solomon for being mother figures and a father figure to many of the children under your care . I am so thrilled with excitement to be a friend to EducateMe and work their doing here.
I am very encouraged and impressed with Educateme. Meeting a child's need of education is not only important but a gift to the child that lasts throughout their life. As an educator myself, I know the significance of children learning not only the basics like reading, writing and math but also the lifelong skills of how to study, analyze, and interpret information. These are all skills learned and developed as children move through their years of schooling.
EducateMe is hugely contributing to improvement of lives in impoverished communities, through providing quality education to needy children interested in excelling in school . In addition to that, these children are equipped with leadership skills through a mentorship program, so they can be social change agents. EducateMe also ensures that parents/guardians are actively involved in their children's education, hence creating a sort of ownership of the program and removing the dependency syndrome common among beneficiaries. I don't believe there is a better way of restoring hope, touching communities, rebuilding a nation... than through providing quality education to children.
I have seen Educateme changing lives of children in Uganda, she has given opportunity to the children from humble backgrounds in the community to mix with the privileged children from wealthy backgrounds because they take their children to the best schools. Talents of the children sponsored by Educateme have greatly been unleashed since the children are mentored to be confident in all that they do.
Thanks to Educateme and I pray that they get more funds to reach more children in the world.
God Bless all the sponsors and employees of Educateme.

l love, belong and identify with EducateMe because of these facts about us.
Quality and values are, and have been emphasized and that's why we deal with only private and Christian schools. This fact doesn't mean that non christians aren't welcomed, in fact we have a number of moslems attending school through our organization.
Inclusiveness: EducateMe is based in Uganda but has opened doors to other nationals. We have Rwandese, Congolese, South Sudanese and yet to include more.
Teacher _student relationship: We have considered the class size for better learning and this has boosted the academic performance of our beneficiaries. Teachers monitor learners at all times. In addition to this, we have a very close relationship with the school management, teachers and our parents.
Our mentorship program on a monthly basis has helped our children grow spiritually, mentally, socially, and physically. Our children are all-round and there is a lot of transformation in there lives.
They have acquired skills that have helped them take up leadership positions and also grow in their different talents.
My name's is Solomon. I work with EducateMe as a child advocate in Uganda.
EducateMe majorly focuses on quality Education which can only be found in the private schools.
We provide opportunities to children from disadvantaged families with high potential to attend school and make a better future for themselves, community and the nation.
As a special methodology, we encourage family involvement in the life of the children. This means that we do not pluck children out of their family relationships nor do we cut off family involvement in the academic and social life of the children, but rather we closely work with the families to be able to navigate and overcome their challenges. This produces better and healthier child growth and development of the children we work with.
As EducateMe, we closely work with schools (teachers, head teachers and school management), families and community leaders to ensure that children are given the best education environment and opportunities as well as held accountable for the children's best welfare while at school and at home.
Because of our rigorous follow up with the children and our intensive mentoring program schools do appreciate and have offered EducateMe school fees subsidy.
The most desired opportunities with regard to education are with EducateMe. The majority of parents would rather have their children enrolled with EducateMe than any other education sponsorship program. This is because we offer the best when it comes to the type of schools the children go to, the intensity of our follow up with the children, families and community. This results into great retention after recruitment and better character and discipline of the children due to the mentoring program we have.
EducateMe Uganda has a variety of beneficiaries ranging from Nationals to non Nationals from South Sudan to Rwanda.
We offer quality career guidance and counseling to children in our program. This enables them to be the best they can, and also be able to transform themselves and others into the most appreciated and desired persons that they can be in life. For those in secondary School, we provide them with options of what courses they can do either at trade school or at University given their skills, abilities and personality.
We provide the children with the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and abilities through an annual youth leadership development camp every end of year.
The staff team is so formidable and the relationship with the children is warm and respectful.
The children under EducateMe are highly disciplined and in school leadership positions.
We boast of having a broad spectrum of children we sponsor, from primary, secondary, tertiary and University with graduates from trade schools and others with bachelor's degree from University.
Given opportunities, the methodology of EducateMe would be the best to be replicated and generate the best of results in Uganda, Africa and the whole world.
I love the way EducateMe works with families to help their children get an education. They not only to fund school fees, but also work closely with parents, schools and the children themselves to ensure they get the most out of their education and are mentored to grow and excel mentally, socially and spiritually.
School fees are a major challenge for poor families in Africa. EducateMe does a great job finding donors who can sponsor school fees and thus make education accessible for underprivileged children.
The dedication of the staff to serve the children is outstanding. They go all the way to support the children in their education
