HTC (Hannah's Treasure Chest)

As a Family Advocate/Social Worker, I have partnered with HTC for 16 years. They have been a blessing to my high poverty schools and families. The parents love the items they receive and frequently donate their gently used items back to HTC. I am also blessed to be a part of the Giving Angels program to support children with Christmas. It's a magical time to watch the joy they bring to families. I love this organization!

As a now former multi-year HTC board member, I closely watched the volunteers and staff use their talents to serve the community by providing clothing, diapers, books, and toys to children and families in need. Their dedication has strengthened HTC’s mission by broadening and deepening the support HTC receives for creating those care packages allowing HTC to increase the assistance it provides.

I have volunteered at HTC for a number of years. I also volunteer at some other non-profits, but Hannah's is by far the best place to go. I truly feel as if I am making a difference in a child's life. That is why I want to give my time and efforts. The staff is great to work with and all the volunteers are wonderful. There is always something that needs to be done. As we settle into our new facility, I foresee even greater things for HTC in the future.

Hi I am a new Volunteer at HTC ������. I love it they are always on top of it to keep items stocked especially Diapers. All staff is vey friendly. It is my new Happy Place and very Honored to Volunteer there and knowing I am helping Babies, Children and Parents.

Hannah's (HTC) is an amazing organization whose primary mission is to help children and families...and they certainly do this with caring, grace and hard work!! As a volunteer, I'm constantly amazed by the efforts of all the volunteers. The staff, led by Deanna Murphy, is simply the best.!!! The support we get from people who donate items, as well as the community support we receive is instrumental in HTC's success.

I volunteer for HTC. The friendly environment is amazing. Things can get hectic sometimes but through it all the staff and volunteers remember that the goal is serving the underserved.

Many people dream of a fresh start in life. But when you walk into an apartment that is completely empty secondary to eviction, a flight from domestic violence or a similar calamity, needs become real, especially when children are involved. As a partner and home visitor, HTC is a shining light for many. I tell these parents to put their worries aside for their children’s basic needs because we have this piece covered.

HTC is an amazing place. Staff and volunteers alike nurture a culture of acceptance, compassion, and care. Seeing the impact this organization has on our local community is inspiring.

I so believe in this charity that I have volunteered there for 18 yrs.! The staff and volunteers are amazing people to work with and truly believe in giving service to uphold the mission of the charity. All associated with the organization are thrilled to be able to do an even better job of helping children in need more efficiently in our new facility. A dream come true for all those who serve there. May we continue to grow to help more children in need through the resources we now have in our beautiful new building.

Volunteering at HTC has been one of the highlights of my retirement! I am so glad friends introduced me to this organization as I am so impressed by their capability to help so many! What a wonderful asset Hannah's Treasure Chest is to the community, the positive impact Shop Hannah's has is a joy to be a part of through each purchase. We support this organization wholeheartedly. Raising children is a challenging adventure, we are all in this together and Hannah's demonstrates so in a meaningful way.

Hannah’s Treasure Chest is a nonprofit that works with 70 Social Agencies within 4 Southwestern Ohio Counties to assist them in fulfilling needs for their families with children. When Social Workers come to Hannah’s to pick up their family orders, they will receive cribs, equipment, clothes, shoes, toys, books, hygiene items, and much more. They tell us their families are so very grateful for all that they receive. They can put in requests every three months for each family. From a volunteer’s perspective, we are so very thankful we can be a part of fulfilling needs for these families who are trying so hard to give their children a better life. If we can put a smile on a child’s face because they have a new shirt to wear to school or can ride their bike, if we can put a smile on a parent’s face when they see their child enjoying a book or game, or can put their infant in a crib, then every wish of our day has been fulfilled. Every staff member and every volunteer at Hannah’s has one goal in mind and that is to help as many families as possible feel that they matter!

As a donor to HTC for many years, I appreciate the fact that there is a place I can drop off my gently used clothes, toys, books, and equipment and know they will be given to children in need. Whenever I donate, the staff and volunteers are so friendly and helpful, and completely dedicated to their work. I am so happy Hannah’s is here to help take some of the pressure off of families in need and better the lives of children.

Nothing is wasted. If we can't use a donation at HTC for our mission we pass it along to partner charity that can. Proud to be a part of such a hard working group of volunteers living the mission to improve the lives of children.

A dear friend of mine passed away unexpectedly about six months ago. She had been a volunteer at Hannah’s for years, talked about it constantly, and her passion was enormous. I had been looking for a place to volunteer, and my friend’s loss, and I feel God’s will, opened the door for me. Hannah’s, and all who work there, is more amazing than I ever expected. They are ready, willing, and able to do SO much good in our community. Dayton and surrounding areas, are so fortunate to have Hannah’s Treasure Chest, and so am I.

Hannah's Treasure chest makes it easy to donate anytime with the collection bin out front. By engaging with the community via their wishlist Wednesday posts on Facebook we can be confident our contributions will be well-used. When my MOPS group had yearly clothing swaps we dropped our leftovers off and they were always grateful. Their past sales and current store are a great way to make the best use of items they cannot use. Thanks for providing such an all-encompassing community service.

I have been involved with Hannah’s Treasure Chest for many years assisting my son with an Eagle Scout Project with a clothing drive many years ago, to volunteering with a church group to personally volunteering for nearly a year while in between jobs, to now serving on the board. I have been impressed with the dedication of the volunteers and the camaraderie they share. The management and board members are top notch and it’s a pleasure to serve with them. Hannah’s Treasure Chest is a place of miracles in achieving it’s mission to provide clothing, books and toys to children and families in need.

I have been a volunteer at Hannah's Treasure Chest for several years. I was trying to find a service project for our Daniel Cooper DAR Chapter and Hannah's Treasure Chest was suggested. I met with Trudy, Volunteer Coordinator and she gave me a tour. Every volunteer was smiling and friendly! By the end of my tour I knew I wanted to volunteer at HTC. Our DAR Chapter has volunteered many times and our members look forward to volunteering and helping with any project suggested at that particular time. We have cut out material for bears given to babies, sorted clothing, helped with inventory and helped with a mailings. Just knowing that you are helping children in need in the community is fulfilling. I have made many friends at Hannah's Treasure Chest. Deanna Murphy is a great leader! The management thanks the volunteers and makes us feel appreciated!

Just a few short months ago, it looked like we were on our way to recovering from Covid 19. Now here we are worrying about the Delta strain. Despite all of this, HTC volunteers and staff have forged ahead to serve their client agencies and added even more of them, to provide care packages to children in need. Opening a retail store to engage the community in our mission by recycling worthwhile used goods, the organization is working to be proactive in funding it’s mission, while still generously putting together the donations provided to take care of a child in our community who needs our support. Through all the ups and downs of the last year and a half, the HTC caring, committed crew have soldiered on, never loosing sight of the face of a child in our community who is underserved.

The volunteers at Hannah's are wonderful and amazing people. They work tirelessly without ever even getting to see the clients they serve, and have a genuine love for others and the community. Everything is so very organized and well ran. An amazing nonprofit.

My name is Jacob Auma and I work for Christian Mission Aid.
I have a rescue center for girls ranging from 8 to 15 years who have been culturally abused by their parents as they take them to forced female circumcision, forced marriage to men of their grand parents age and some have never gone to school. I rescue them from those cultural acts and take them to primary and secondary schools and provide everything, food clothing, medication and personal items. Since covid 19 has actively affected some of our donors, I am indeed faced with serious cut back on funding and the need to rescue more girls is highly on demand. I would love to partner with your organization in my efforts to support more girls and make them stay in schools especially from 2022 on wards.

I hope your positive response on this matter will enable us save a life.

I volunteered with Hannah’s Treasure Chest on a committee and I was blown away by their volunteers. They are amazing people who are beyond dedicated to the mission. The time and thought they put into every care package... well, it’s more than that.. it’s love . Love for every family and child that needs their help.
Because of my volunteer role on the committee, I was part of conversations about the wise use of donations.. both goods and monetary donations. I assure you that much careful thought goes into all that they do with what they are given.
Please donate outgrown kids clothes, books, toys, puzzles, shoes etc or make a monetary donation that they will use to buy items like diapers, underwear and other necessities.
If you are looking for a way to get involved in your community, consider donating a couple hours a week. It’s a busy, friendly place to get involved. You won’t regret it!

After I retired and recently widowed, I struggled to find something meaningful in my life. Skipping church one Sunday morning, I saw an interview on WHIO about a children’s charity with the founder. It sounded like a very worthwhile organization staffed almost entirely by volunteers. My ears really perked up when I heard the name of this charity - Hannah’s Treasure Chest ! I felt like a was getting a special message that Sunday morning. I had a new granddaughter named Hannah. This was what I needed in my life. Now, 8 years later, I feel like I am making a meaningful contribution to children in need. An added bonus is new friendships, fun lunch discussions and feeling valued by the most amazing dedicated staff. ������

I have volunteered with several non-profits and been a board member of one for 10 years.
When volunteering at Hannah's I see all the best practices of administration, allocation, employee and volunteer management, and a passion for reaching as many families and children as possible. It is a joy to walk in the door each day and work with such dedicated people.

I am pleased to share how Hannah’s Treasure Chest and I work together to help lighten some of the financial burden for our college students who are also parents. This demographic of student parents constitutes more than 26%, or 1 in 4, of all undergraduate college students in the U.S. with 11% of all undergraduate students raising children alone, and often without any monetary support, even from their families. These students not only have the responsibilities of attending classes, studying and working, as do their peers, they additionally have the responsibility of caring for their children and providing for their needs, which adds more stress to an already stressful college career. Of course this often means working more, studying less, and spending less time with their children and a lot of times, dropping out of college. Receiving help from Hannah’s, through their care packages and the Giving Angels Program, allows our student parents to have more quality time with their children without worrying about putting clothes on their backs, shoes on their feet or holiday gifts under the tree. All of which helps increase their educational attainment, which is critical to strengthening family well-being and economic security, as well as the country as a whole. So many of my student parents have come to tears when they pick up their care packages. Since Fall of 2013, Hannah’s has provided 160 care packages to Wright State Student Parents. Hannah’s DEFINITELY plays an important part in enriching the lives of Wright State children in need.

I absolutely love Hannah's Treasure Chest! I started as an intern about a month ago and I have already learned so much, and I'm eager to learn even more! Everyone is so pleasant, welcoming, and very dedicated to whatever it is that they are doing. Witnessing first hand what this organization does for children and families in need is amazing. I love volunteering at Hannah's Treasure Chest! The supportive and fun atmosphere among the volunteers and staff and the monthly volunteer luncheon that includes a talk from a representative of another local non-profit are just a couple of perks. But the real joy I get is seeing all of the darling donated clothing, toys and other items that I know will go to little children in need and how happy that will make them and their families.

A solid organization run by very good, caring people. They stay on task to make sure they continue to have a positive impact on families in need.

I toured the facility to learn what Hannah's Treasure Chest actually does. They ladies there walked me through each step of the process from receiving donations, cleaning items, sorting them into the warehouse, and then choosing the right clothes, books, toys and other basic needs for each child. It is easy to see how much the volunteers care about making sure each child not only has needs met, but has fun with the the items they receive. Their passion for making kids safe, happy and healthy is what really makes this operation truly a success.

A friend and I recently visited Hannah's Treasure Chest. We were very impressed! Their volunteers were very knowledgeable and gave us a tour of their facility. It was extremely organized and clean. It was clear that they were dedicated to helping as many children and families as they possibly could. When we left we were inspired to start collecting items to donate and have since dropped off several bags. Also, we decided to make them a top priority by spreading the word about them to our church women's group. The need is great and keeps growing. This organization is a positive example of people truly making a difference.

I've been an occasional volunteer with HTC for many years, and love to see the dedication of others who are there working to make lives better for children who need assistance with clothing, shoes, bedding, etc.

I'm also a volunteer coordinator for a local company who sends groups of volunteers to local non-profits; many of our employees will specifically ask that we coordinate volunteer days for HTC. Everyone always says they have a rewarding volunteer day at HTC, helping to improve the lives of local children!

Hannah's Treasure Chest is an amazing organization that has helped our clients make ends meet. One such case is the assistance provided to a single mother of two. In our monthly budget and financial goals meeting, she was worried that she would not be able to pay her light bill because her children needed clothing. I was able to confidently advise her to go ahead and pay her like bill and the light of HTC will provide clothing for her children. HTC came through for that family and helped her believe in our agency and is now operating her household budget with an accruing surplus. HTC is an extremely valuable resource for our organization. it is good to know there's additional support close by with almost anything we need to help assist our parents. Above and beyond the items provided are the staff and volunteers. They are amazing people with wonderful hearts for serving the under-resourced population. They are very careful to provide only items that they themselves would appreciate having and they make agencies like ours feel very comfortable in the request, pick up and process. We love and appreciate Hannah's!

Hannah's is such a great charity and filling a huge need in the community! I really like how they take used (unexpired) car seats to donate to families in need. All kids need to be transported safely and a safe car seat is so expensive.

I have been volunteering for a year and a half now and have met some amazing people. The dedication at Hannah's is unbelievable. The reward of helping children and families in need is unparallel.

Hannah's Treasure Chest has been a pleasure to collaborate with over the years. Our organization uses them when our families are in need. After a partner meeting, I cannot express the happiness I felt when they asked for as much detail as possible because they want to provide families, not just children with things that are specific to their needs. What really impressed me was their ability to want to pair children (specifically girls) with baby dolls that reflected their own background. If you know anything about baby dolls, this is not always an easy task. The staff at Hannah's Treasure Chest are so passionate about what they do and they glow with every opportunity to just talk about how they helped one family, or made a difference to another. They remember families so it is not something they do and forget about, they take their clients seriously and all people are treated equal. They also give back and help raise awareness to their community about family needs as well as national awareness (diaper awareness specifically). Great organization, great staff, and I feel lucky to be able to work with them!

Excellent nonprofit, very organized with passionate employees and volunteers. Employees are knowledgeable re: the issues of child need, including diapers, clothes, baby beds, and children's toys.

This is an amazing nonprofit. They put the needs of the kids and the families first and provide much-needed items. Our foster daughter arrived in our house with very little, and the generosity of Hannah's Treasure Chest helped her have the clothes she needs for school and the warm outwear so important for winter, plus books, school workbooks and toys. Our church's moms group took part in the Christmas gift program last year - it was a joy to work with a great team at Hannah's Treasure Chest. They are doing great things!

Hannah's Treasure Chest is a great organization to not only donate your gently used children's items to, but their volunteers are some of the most friendly around. They are always willing to help unload donations and offer to take you on a tour where they show you the depths of how they do what they do to help the kids in the community. HTC provides a great service for children in need by giving them care packages of clothes, toys, books, and baby equipment. We even provide cribs. You can work as many days and hours as you like, a very flexible schedule. I work with a friendly and caring group of people.

HTC is a WONDERFUL resource for our community to help handicapped families! They help our families provide needed clothing for their children.

After 42 years in public education, I wanted to find a place to volunteer that was very organized, would allow for a flexible schedule, and would in some way help children. I could not have found a better place than Hannah's . I spend each day knowing I have helped many families that for whatever reason have found themselves in need of clothing, bedding, toys, books, high chairs, and so much more for their children. I also meet the wonderful people that donate their gently used items. Without them we would've exist.

I have donated many items to this great place in the last 3 years & I have participated in the sales they have. The volunteers who have the sales are really nice & great caring people.They take the time to do such a great service for all the needy children. I would recommend donating to this place whenever it is possible. Their sale prices are great & the items. I no longer live in Centerville but I will always remember sharing time with this place & the people.

Hannah's Treasure Chest is an outstanding benefit to our community. Their work to enrich the lives of youth and families in the region is multi-faceted and impactful. Through their numerous drives and fund raising events, they bring unique opportunities for other businesses and organizations to get involved and contribute to their mission. I appreciate the services they provide and will continue to do what I can to contribute to HTC.

After being in education for over 35 years, I found a perfect place to volunteer. Hannah's Treasure Chest has let me continue meeting the needs of children by providing clothes, books, toys, coats, hats, school supplies and dental needs to thousands of needy children. It is so exciting to fill an order and be able to help a child in need. The social workers who pick up the orders are so impressed with what we do for their clients! It is a wonderful place to volunteer and work with such caring people who all love helping children!

I have been involved with Hannah's Treasure Chest for over 10 years. It has been exciting to see how it has grown. I was a volunteer and now give back in other ways like telling people about this great group helping the needy children in the area. Each time we moved to a larger space, Hannah's filled it. They have great group of volunteers and support from the community around. Nothing ever goes to waste. If they can't use it, they find some one who can use it either a church band, another non-profit or garage sale (where the money goes for the things they really need like diapers, socks and underwear.) Helping at Hannah's was a life changing experience that I would recommend everyone volunteer...high school to grandma's.

The children who receive clothes and books from Hannah's Treasure Chest are really happy to get quality clothing so they can stand next to their peers and not feel embarrassed. The parents are also appreciative of the care and time it takes to put together a bag of clothing for their kids. It's a wonderful program that helps them feel better about themselves.

Hanna's is a great service to the community. They have helped families we serve in many ways.

This is one dedicated group! Above all, they believe in the service provided to the community and host events to generate awareness, funds and community participation. Glad to say I know Sarah and the team!!!

Hannah's fills a unique niche in the communities served. Social service agencies and other partners provide clothing, toys, books and furniture to families under their care from donations to Hannah's. Hannah's provides these agencies with the items free of charge. Our contributors really like the structure as it allows 100% of the items they contribute go to families at no cost.
I recently asked our team where the families would get these resources without Hannah's. The answer was - they would have to purchase them.
Lastly, I am proud that Hannah's fills a gap in the social service safety net by providing dental hygiene items and diapers to families in need. Many program dollars do not allow agencies to meet this need directly, but Hannah's can provide these items through the agencies.

Hannahs fills a great need in the community. Would not hesitate to volunteer or donate as the company i work for does both.

This is such a great organization with a committed staff dedicated to the people they serve. It is always a pleasure to visit the facility and witness the good they are doing in the world. Additionally, their interaction with the business community is outstanding,and yet another reason why they are so successful.

I have been donating items to Hannah's Treasure Chest for a few years now. From the very first time I dropped things off, I was impressed with their operation! That's honestly why I continue to take the time to sort out our gently used / new children's items instead of just including them in a larger donation to a thrift store. As soon as you walk into Hannah's you immediately see that they are organized and on a mission to distribute needed items to families who are struggling. The first time I walked in the door of HTC I was offered a tour of the operation and I was hooked! I love the way they communicate with the public. I follow HTC on facebook and via e-mail. They often put a call out for specific needs. Sometimes I have just what they're looking for or know someone who might. Anyway, I can't say enough good things about HTC and their volunteers. I always feel like my donations to HTC are helping to making a difference !

I am a photographer and I have photographed multiple events for HTC and the one thing that ALWAYS stands out to me is the amazing staff and volunteers. They are SO full of joy and they LOVE being there. The goal is always to help and serve the community, but the really cool thing is the staff also celebrates the volunteers. I truly believe that HTC is a vital part of this community. The amount they give back and the way they serve is like no other. I can't say enough good things about this organization and I am honored when they ask me to photograph. Truly a top notch group and I feel very strongly that they do deserve to be rewarded for their selfless efforts!

As my daughter and I dropped off some stuff recently, I told her that this is where I want to volunteer once I'm done with school volunteering! I love HTC's mission and actually teach at a school whose family advocate works with HTC for our kids. Their volunteers are always friendly and so appreciative.

HTC is a wonderful organization that impacts the lives of families during some of their toughest days.

We have been very pleased with our donation experience with Hannah's Treasure Chest! The volunteers are always friendly, helpful, and appreciative of our donations. We also like knowing that HTC provides assistance to local children in need and puts together individualized care packages. Hannah's Treasure Chest is a terrific charity that benefits economically challenged children in four counties by supplying them with donated clothing, equipment,school supplies, books, and toys. At Christmas,HTC's Giving Angels program kicks into high gear, making sure that children who qualify have suitable gifts and a nice new outfit with a warm coat.

I have donated time as a volunteer there for about five years. It has been very satisfying, and I am impressed by how flexible,dedicated,and focused on making the most of any resources that come our way the staff and volunteers are.

I have utilized HTC for over 6 years now and the clients I work with and they are able to help have been numerous. It is wonderful service for those of us who help others and the volunteers are absolutely the best!! The Giving Angels program they run helps many families and children at the holiday season and I have never seen more tears of joy than when I deliver the gifts to the families who otherwise would not have had anything to give their children.

What a wonderful charity in the Dayton area. I first learned of HTC when I tried to donate my used baby/maternity items to a local charity who helped me as a young mother with little resources. They referred me to HTC. I am very impressed with my experiences with them. I love seeing the posts on Facebook and seeing the care packages families recieve. It feels good to be able to be the donor and I know just how much these donations can mean to a struggling family.

The children's charity gives quality merchandise, goes out of their way to meet children's individual needs, adds books, games and toys, dental care items as well as clothing, strollers and car seats. The staff and volunteers are knowledgeable, polite and helpful. In my opinion this charity can be donated to and be utilized with the utmost confidence.

I have donated to this charity on several occasions in the past year and have been horrified to find my items being sold at the local flea market. I am certain the items were mine as one of them had my daughters name written on the tag inside.
I donate so that others in need can benefit from my donations, not so that money can be made by the staff on my items.

I have utilized Hannah's Treasure Chest several times for my various clients in need. Not only are the volunteers helpful, but the merchandise is always either gently used or new, clean, and far exceeds my clients' expectations. I have had several mothers cry tears of joy and gratitude after receiving gifts from Hannah's. Also, I appreciate the fact that donors can trust that the merchandise will go to a family in need. Unlike other organizations who allow anyone and everyone to treat their organization like a store, Hannah's works directly with professionals and organizations to make sure those in need receive help. I tell all my co-workers about Hannah's so they may also utilize their services and I tell all my friends and family to donate to Hannah's because they can trust that the merchandise will go to a family who really needs the items :) Thank you, Hannah's Treasure Chest!

Our Church collects new and gently used toys each Christmas season to donate to HTC. I am a firm believer in this organization, and appreciate the long hours and hard work the volunteers put into the organizing and distribution of the items.

Hannah's Treasure Chest provides clothing, furniture, toys and more to children in need and in these days, when so many families are struggling to make ends meet, Hannah's is a godsend. Many of these items come as donations from families whose children have grown out of them or no longer have a need for. I have visited Hannah's several times and am impressed by the efficient way it is organized and run by the staff and the many volunteers. It is also obvious how much they enjoy what they are doing. In addition to this year long service, Hannah's has a Christmas program called The Giving Angels where people sign up to buy gifts for a specific child, children or family. Again, with so many families and single mothers struggling, Christmas is an added burden and the Giving Angels make it possible for children to have gifts to open they probably otherwise would not have. I cannot think of anything more worthwhile than the work done by Hannah's Treasure Chest.

HANNAH'S IS BY FAR THE BEST NON PROFIT AGENCY THAT I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. LESLIE IS SO AMAZING. HER STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL AND PATIENT. HANNAH'S HAS HELPED OUT A LOT OF MY FAMILIES. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR QUALITY CLOTHING AND GREAT SERVICE, GO TO HANNAH'S TREASURE CHEST.

The work done by volunteers to assist children, in the last year alone over 7000 is simply amazing. It should astound you!
Volunteers apply their skills in various fields to help but also always look for improvements, how to be better organized, how to re-use and find solutions. Many go above and beyond, but even the slightest, simplest, smallest effort gets appreciated and valued, because it is of value to Hannah's Treasure Chest and its mission. The flexible approach to the volunteers is also a huge bonus - any time given is important.
Join the volunteer effort, support, donate - do whatever you can to get involved and help - because this is here, right on our doorstep and it is so worthwhile!

This is my local charity of choice! I love everything that Hannah's Treasure Chest does and represents. I have 3 children of my own and love to know that we are helping people locally that really need it. I have always had wonderful experiences with the staff and any interactions I've had with Hannah's.

I have enjoyed volunteering at this organization. It is doing phenomenal work for children of the Miami Valley in Ohio. The continue to expand their services in meaningful ways. It is also my charity of choice.

This Non Profit really makes a difference in providing for those children in need. Our community really has been served better by the services, volunteer opprotunities and learning this Non Profit provides. I am fortunate to be able to serve with such wonderful to help give back to those who need!

My 7 year old daughter has a charitable organization, and we are not non-profit just yet. However, we have come across Hannah's Treasure Chest, during some of our events, and we absolutely adore this place. They serve needy local, and I know many people are big on helping their own community. This non-profit helps serve so many. The way they operate is very neat. They work with several other non-profits, and places such as womens shelters, and they clothe children when parents cannot afford to. (And so much more) They also give personal hygiene items & toys. Everything works upon request, so the families fill out papers of what they need, and Hannah's volunteers goes through their facility, and pick the items that work best. It is truly an amazing organization and worth looking into how to help. Nothing goes to waste either, because they pass items on to other places. They are very deserving of this!
