Mission: To provide for religious outreach and low cost recreational and educational facilities for seamen sailing through the port of houston and houston ship channel. Two facilities are maintained to provide these services.
Programs: To provide for religious outreach and to provide accessible and reasonably priced educational and recreational facilities for seamen in the houston ship channel, port of houston region. Seven full time chaplains visit ships over 200 miles of dock. Churches and other community groups donate clothing and reading material given at no charge.
