Mission: The mission of the organization is to provide decent affordable housing for workforce and other residents, stimulate investment and improve quality of life in communities
Programs: The mission of haucdc is to develop decent, safe, affordable and sanitary housing for workforce residents within southeast texas; stimulate the investment of private and public capital to build and revitalize housing, public facilities and commercial properties. Haucdc's support comes primarily from properties donated by third parties on a regional basis in southeast texas from the national community stabilization trust, major banks, government sponsored entities and investor groups; and such properties include land, lots, single family residences, condominiums, townhouses, multi-family properties and other real estate located in the communities served by haucdc.
