Mission: The Housing Crisis Center's purpose is to prevent homelessness and to stabilize families, the elderly and the disabled in decent affordable housing, and to empower these groups to solve their own housing problems in the future.
Programs: Permanent housing programs: the organization served over 112 chronically homeless and disabled veterans while providing support services such as case management, life skills, transportation, food, and medication management.
transitional housing programs: in 2014, the program housed 92 homeless families while providing support services such as case management, life skills, transportation, food, and medication management.
legal services and education: in 2014, the program assisted more than 9,000 households of people at risk and "most vulnerable" of becoming homeless. In addition we also provided free legal advise to 358 households that attended our legal workshops and we had received more tha 8,592 incoming calls on our legal hotline.
