This program is a wonderful experience for children and adults with special needs. Therapeutic horseback riding has proven to increase muscle control as well as other physical capabilities in addition to mental exercises. Great strides are shown in children with autism, as an example. The joy we see on these students faces before, during and after classes is more than enough payment for the time we volunteer with this program.
