HCA is committed to providing access to the Arts for all. We have a robust scholarship program for families in need to use for classes or private music lessons. In addition, we are a BlueStar Museum that offers free admission to military personnel and their families this summer. We have instituted an Art Pass Program where we provide 200 free passes for admission to our Children's, Classical or Open Mic Series. We are also a part of the EBT Card to Culture program that will provide free admission for two to for anyone with an EBT Card. Our goal at the HCA is to never turn anyone away who would like to participate in the arts in any way that is meaningful to them.

Nice classes- way too expensive for our family! Its annoying that this place is in walking distance to us and we can't afford it. For a non-profit they are extremely expensive (their children's dance classes are about $21 a class- we found a private studio the next town over that is $8 a class to give you an idea of how expensive they are) . They don't offer any scholarships or anything to families. They do have an occasional "free" event open to the community but it would be great if they were affordable enough for us to participate in their programs in a meaningful way.
