Mission: To care for abused, destitute, deliquent, abandoned, or dependent children in need of supervision. Hopevale's mission: rebuilding young lives.
Programs: Residential program:hopevale residental program has 6 operating cottages, with 12-16 residents each, including a special cottage for females and an intensive service and a step-down cottage for males.
detention program:hopevale increased their detention program to include boys. This doubled their capacity going from 12 girls to 24 girls and boys. The purpose of this program is to safely detain individuals until a court appearance. Individuals services start immediately to restore the youth as a contributing member of society.
home-to-home program:hopevale's home-to-home program offers regular and therapeutic foster care, respite and urgent access services for approximately 70 youth at any given time in community-based foster homes.
other programs include the erie county foster care respite program and the erie county care coordination program.
