Causes: Arts & Culture, Humanities
Mission: Hope Harbor works extensively with individuals and families over many years as opposed to many families for a much shorter time frame. Long term goals are established in partnership with a masters level Family Outreach Worker. Short term and long term objectives are developed in support of these goals and a network of community service providers and family volunteers do "whatever it takes" to ensure success
Results: Help an individual with enormous medical bills Helped a family acquire a home and assisted with the rehab of home Supported a youth as he graduated from high school and assisted in his transition to college. Provided on going training for a Mom to enable her to secure employment Ongoing tutoring with our youth.
