Mission: Advance the interests of members by collaborating with advocates, regulators, legislators, and providers in planning for the delivery of quality services to the elderly in an affordable manner. Provide members with timely information and education at a reasonable cost.
Programs: Hope provided member and non-member personnel with regular information and training seminars to disseminate best resident care practices and regulatory compliance. Hope provided its members with a monthly newsletter containing articles and information on current issues in long-term care, best practices for caring for the frail elderly, timely information on local and national legislative activity, trends in regulator compliance, trends in work force development and labor practices, etc.
